This recipe is the perfect combination of nutty flavour and sweetness, but the best part is there is no sugar. So it’s great for keeping those sugar cravings at bay.

Author:
Recipe type: Snack
Cuisine: Vegan, Plant-Based
Serves: 10 balls
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Chopped Almonds
  • 1 Teaspoon Maca Powder
  • ⅓ Cup Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoon Almond Milk
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, pulse the almonds until you almost reach a flour-like consistency.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the food processor, and combine.
  3. Roll into 1 inch thick balls, and store in a air tight container for up to one week in the fridge (and up to one month in the freezer).
Notes
*You may have to adjust the almond milk quantity, depending on the consistency of your mixture. Remember, you want to be able to form small, 1 inch balls.
