I LOVE this granola. Not only is this recipe super simple and easy to make, but also it is very delicious.

My family tops their yogurt and smoothie bowls with this easy-to-make granola for an extra crunch. But there are many other ways that you can incorporate this granola into your meals, which is why I love this recipe so much. It is basic and versatile.

Now lets take a look at the heath benefits of the main ingredient of this recipe,

Oats

Oats are presented as a health food due to their high amount of valuable nutrients such as proteins, soluble fibers, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals. The consumption of oats is associated with a reduced risk of cardiovascular heart disease, as well as certain cancers. This is because oats contain a remarkable soluble fiber and antioxidants, which have the ability to reduce the affects of CHD and cancer.

I hope that you LOVE this recipe as much as I do.

It is so easy! You must give this one a try. Store bought granola can have lots of sugar – this one only has the natural sugar from the maple syrup! Thanks for the comment, Ana!

We’re huge granola lovers at our house. We eat it on yogurt for breakfast or snacks, and I take it in my backpack for my grandson when we go to the park. Can’t wait to try your version, with all natural ingredients it’s right up my alley!

Can I simply just say what a relief to uncover somebody who genuinely understands what they’re talking about on the net. You actually know how to bring a problem to light and make it important. More people should look at this and understand this side of your story. I was surprised that you aren’t more popular since you definitely have the gift.
